Back to School Night is coming up this Thursday! As a reminder, Thursday will be a minimum day!

PTA Meeting, Thursday, August 29th, 6:30pm

NOTE: We will be changing our meeting days to the first Thursday of the month. The first Thursday of September is Back to School night so we will have our first meeting on August 29th and skip the September meeting.

Join us to learn more about how our PTA supports our school community and how you can be a part of it! At this meeting you’ll hear about PTA committees, have the chance to sign up to participate, and learn how PTA funds are spent (plus how you can influence that).

Mira Vista PTA Membership Drive!

Your membership dues of $20 goes to support all of the students at Mira Vista. Our PTA is committed to ensuring that all of our students have equal access to enrichment and educational experiences beyond the classroom. The Mira Vista PTA funds art and music programming but our largest contribution goes towards funding field trips. Each bus averages $1200 and with 36 classrooms, this is a significant budget. We also offer teacher grants to help support our teachers. 

But just as importantly, what makes our PTA unique are the families that support it. Your engagement can grow your family's community and deepen your experience at Mira Vista and your neighborhood.

Your membership is deeply important to sustain our programming. Please consider making an additional contribution if you are able.
