Did you know that several of our Mira Vista teachers have DonorsChoose campaigns to raise money for their classrooms? Our teachers put their hearts and souls into their classrooms and our kids. Here’s a way to pay it forward.
This week, Superintendents, Board Members, PTA Members, Union Partners, Policy Partners, Teachers, School Administrators, Parents and Concerned Community Members from across Contra Costa County will join together in a new Countywide coalition to raise awareness of California State's inability to date to fund our public schools adequately and appropriately. Together we will advocate for change. All week, there are events going on across the county to highlight our statewide funding inequities.
