Reading logs are due Friday, October 8!
The Read-a-Thon is almost over!
The last day to log your minutes is Friday, October 1. Here’s what to do next: 1) Complete your reading logs. Students should record all their reading minutes through the night of October 1. Remember to log independent reading done at school, too. (You may want to cross reference your Read-a-Thon reading log with any other reading logs you’re using in class.) Make sure your reading log has your name and your teacher’s name on it, as well as reading dates, minutes read, and book titles. 2) Turn in your reading logs, pledge forms, and donations by October 8. Paper reading logs and pledge forms should be given to your teacher, along with any money (cash or checks) collected. (Checks should be payable to “Mira Vista PTA.”) If you used Pledgestar, you don’t have to do anything. Pledgestar will automatically submit your reading logs and pledges to the Read-a-thon organizers after the October 8 deadline.
